Sports Performance Training
Testing is a great way to get baseline numbers for any athlete’s athleticism profile. The athlete will be put through 12 tests to create an athletic performance profile. Once testing has been completed, we will create training programs specifically for that individual athlete while being able to track progress, further specializing all things necessary to achieve high level results.

Adult Fitness Training
If you want to train to reach more athletic performance or to just get your body moving properly, healthy and burning calories than our Human Performance program is your answer. GLP is not a place to simply throw some weight around in an over crowded class, it’s where you will have the opportunity to build muscle on performance and not body disfunction to change the way you feel, move and play!
Hockey Training
In order to play the game at a high level, each player needs to cover all training aspects, “goal-line to goal-line”. With stick skill training, stick technology and athletic performance at an all-time high, GLP provides the off-ice training necessary to supplement on-ice training for every player to practice all skill zones to maximize on ice performance with one-on-one, clinic, full programs, camp and team training with a staff that has the experience!
