Baseball/softball
Step up to the plate in our professional training environment for baseball and softball players of all levels. Each cage features adjustable pitching speeds and settings designed to replicate real game conditions, allowing athletes to refine their timing, mechanics, and overall performance.
Cages are available for individual or team rentals, as well as for one-on-one private instruction with our experienced coaching staff. Private lessons are tailored to each athlete’s skill level and development goals, focusing on improving swing technique, consistency, and confidence at the plate.

Soccer
Our indoor soccer training area is designed for focused, high-intensity skill development. The smaller space allows for maximum ball touches and technical precision, making it ideal for individual training, small-group sessions, and targeted drills that improve control, agility, and decision-making under pressure.
The facility is available for private rentals or personalized instruction with our experienced coaching staff. Private lessons are customized to each player’s goals — from refining first touch and passing accuracy to enhancing movement and confidence in tight spaces.

Hockey
Goal-Line Performance aims to improve and build the skills of every hockey player by helping them train all skill zones off the ice from shooting to stick-handling and hockey specific performance training.
In order to play the game at a high level, each player needs to cover all training aspects, “goal-line to goal-line”.
With stick skill training, stick technology and athletic performance at an all-time high, GLP provides the off-ice training necessary to supplement on-ice training for every player to practice all skill zones to maximize on ice performance with one-on-one, clinic, full programs, camp and team training with a staff that not only knows who to train like a hockey player, but has the experience!
Lacrosse
Goal-Line Performance aims to improve and build the skills of every lacrosse player by helping them train all skill zones from stick skills to lacrosse specific performance training.
You cannot cut corners on player development in today’s game; work in our indoor lacrosse stick skills training area or our fully equipped performance center that will help with every aspect of your game.
Birthday Parties
Choose from a specific sport or a multiple-sport birthday party. Sports include hockey, soccer, baseball/softball, kickball, flag football, dodgeball, and sports performance training.
Any sport can be paired up with a speed training program, relay races, or obstacle courses.
Kids will compete in different small-area games and competitions.
