Sports Performance Training

Our sports performance programs help athletes improve their athleticism to reach overall higher athletic performance and provide training that allows them to perform at their best, no matter what sport they play.

Athletes will develop and refine skills such as speed, strength, injury prevention, stamina and game applications training through experience backed programs that are specific for continuous growth and long-term development.

Hockey​

Goal-Line Performance aims to improve and build the skills of every hockey player by helping them train all skill zones off the ice from shooting to stick-handling and hockey specific performance training.

In order to play the game at a high level, each player needs to cover all training aspects, “goal-line to goal-line”.

With stick skill training, stick technology and athletic performance at an all-time high, GLP provides the off-ice training necessary to supplement on-ice training for every player to practice all skill zones to maximize on ice performance with one-on-one, clinic, full programs, camp and team training with a staff that not only knows who to train like a hockey player, but has the experience!

Rugby

Train at the official home training facility of the California Legion; the same environment used by professional Major League Rugby athletes. Our Rugby Skills Development Program delivers a high-performance training experience rooted in professional standards, advanced methodology, and elite rugby culture.

Designed for athletes, teams, and organizations committed to serious development, this program provides direct access to professional-level coaching and a facility built for top-tier preparation.

Available for team training, clinics, and private lessons.

Volleyball

Our facility offers a regulation-size volleyball court designed to meet the needs of athletes, clubs, and organized training programs. Featuring a high-quality playing surface, professional-grade equipment, and excellent lighting. Our court provides an optimal environment for practices, competitive preparation, and skill development.

Reservations are available for teams, private coaches, and scheduled group sessions.

Basketball

Our facility offers an 80 ft x 40 ft basketball court ideal for focused training sessions, team practices, skill development, and private coaching. The court features a high-quality playing surface, professional-grade hoop, and balanced lighting to support a productive training environment.

Available for team court rentals, private groups, or private lessons.

Futsal

Our facility offers a high-quality futsal court designed for technical training, small-sided matches, team practices, and individual development. The court features a smooth, fast surface, clear boundary markings perfect for precise footwork, quick decision-making, and high-tempo play.

Available for team or private group rentals, and private lessons.

Lacrosse

Goal-Line Performance aims to improve and build the skills of every lacrosse player by helping them train all skill zones from stick skills to lacrosse specific performance training.

You cannot cut corners on player development in today’s game; work in our indoor lacrosse stick skills training area or our fully equipped performance center that will help with every aspect of your game.
